Ongoing Training

The aim of ongoing training is to not only provide health and fitness benefits, but provide variety and fun into workouts. This will be supplemented by various nutritional, recovery and other invaluable information to help maintain healthy active lifestyles. Training sessions will be designed through various exercise progressions so that fitness levels will increase on a week to week basis and fitness performance will be measured every 6 weeks.

Training occurs twice per week and involves 1 hour sessions of a combination of the following:

  1. Cardiovascular training
  2. Core and Functional Conditioning
  3. Full Body Strength
  4. Flexibility, through static and dynamic flexibility exercises
  5. Sprints and Power
  6. Interval Endurance Training

All Training is preceded by the following:

  • Health screening and introduction to philosophies
  • Resting and performance fitness testing
