6 Week Training Program

Training occurs 3 times per week for one hour on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Training sessions will be designed to include variety, progressions and most importantly fun!!

Week 0:
  • Health screening and introduction to philosophies
  • Resting and performance fitness testing
Week 1:
  • Cardio
  • Core
  • Stretch/Recovery
Week 2:
  • Intervals
  • Strength
  • Stretch/Recovery
Week 3:
  • Sprints
  • Power
  • Stretch/Recovery
Week 4:
  • Cardio
  • Strength
  • Stretch/Recovery
Week 5:
  • Intervals
  • Power
  • Stretch/Recovery
Week 6:
  • Sprints
