Training Options

Different training programs are offered to suit different abilities and health and fitness goals. These range from 6-12 weeks programs and ongoing training programs for ultimate effectiveness.

1. 12 Week Training Program

The main purpose of taking part in the 12 week program is to develop consistent training habits, in terms of discipline, proper technique, training knowledge, basic nutrition and motivation. This program consists of two sessions a week with two fitness tests in the beginning and at the end of the program.

2. 6 Week Training Program

This program differs from the 12 week option. Although it still operates along the same theory of progressing your fitness, it is suited more for the individuals who want to train hard without as much of a focus on education but rather training hard together as a group. This program consists of three 1 -hour sessions a week with a more intense, group focus.

3. Ongoing Training

Weekly training is usually attempted by people who have graduated on from another program, it is taken for granted that these people know how to train as well as how hard to train. These sessions can be catered for the company which requires the training. This is where we allow some flexibility in the program where we can customise sessions for the particular group.

All trainers are available to individually take small groups of 6-10 people to train in their respective specialised fields.

Groups of 6-10 people

These sessions involve one of these trainers working with a smaller group of 6-10 people. Sessions can be specifically specialised to the clients needs from flexibilty through to power training or can follow the 12-week, 6-week or ongoing training as previously stated.

1-on-1 Personal Training

These sessions are devoted to a single client's needs specifically, this may include: Improving posture, dynamic strength, balance, weight loss etc. The session times range from 30 minutes to 1 hour, once again depending on the needs of the client.im rea

As with the 12-week, 6-week and ongoing training, health screening and resting fitness testing must precede any training which is started.
