HFD 5km Running Time Trial!

Basic Details
This run will start from outisde Ferg's Kayaks and head along Wellington's waterfront towards Oriental Parade until the 2.5km mark is reached, your time will be shouted to you to help aim for that 'personal best'. A map will be placed on our running page the week of the run so you'll know where exactly the course starts; where halfway is; and where it finishes. Don't hesitate to enter for the day as well as someone else! There is a $5.00 entry fee which will be donated to the Aaron Evans Fund! Afterwards a coffee at Cubita will be perfect for washing down the satisfaction you've earned!
Guidelines
1.Ensure that you bring warm clothing with you - your running gear will be kept safe while running.
2.Please bring water or any other sports supplement that you will require for the run.
3.There will be basic First Aid supplied on the day, but you must sign a waiver which is on the running page.
4.Your time will be recorded when you cross the start/finish line
5.There are toilets on the race course for the day - they will be marked on the map.
6.If you would like to enter a friend then notify Greig/Emma at least 24 hours before run.
7.Please make sure that you have warmed up adequately before running.
8.Have fun and push your limits to find out your best 5km time!
