Fitness Assessment results : Fitness test 3
Well done everyone, I've entered all the results into my excel sheet and have averaged out the results for men and women as a whole. This means that the women will have their averages and the men will have theirs'. It should be everyone's goal to increase/decrease the average (depending on what it is) over the year. Their will be 3 more fitness assessments to give you the opportunity to do so. The next fitness testing week starts on Monday November 1st.
I've placed a PDF copy of the fitness categories which let you know where you stand on the fitness spectrum. Print this off and have a read and see where your fitness stands compared the normal population data.
