Emma Ellis
Emma is HFD's running specialist. She is a Les Mills BodyTrainer™ and holds several weekly running groups including the HFD Monday Runs. Emma has taken part in many Marathons and specialises in motivation and endurance training. She loves the "inner grit, mental toughness and determination" that running training brings out in people.
