Trainers
Health and Fitness Dynamics has four principal trainers who specialise in different areas of expertise. It means that we're able to tackle each client's situation with an open-minded approach, rather than one perspective from one trainer. This is important in achieving our goals of achieving true health AND fitness incorporated with one another. Each trainer has had a number of years in the fitness industry as well as years in their chosen training fields.
Greig Rightford - Specialising in cardiovascular training, correcting exercise movement
Emma Ellis - Speacialising in cardiovascular training, endurance training and motivatiing others
Carl Hammington - Specialising in strength training
Rodney O'Sullivan - Specialising in Injury Rehabilitation, muscle testing and function
